Crew Leaders
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated teen volunteers to guide and mentor children. The successful candidates will be responsible for leading activities and discussions that promote spiritual growth and development. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as a passion for working with children.
Preschool Director
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Preschool Director for the Beginner's division. The Preschool Director will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of all preschool programs and activities. They will lead a team of teacher volunteers to provide children with a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. The successful candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, experience managing a team, and be able to create a fun, engaging, educational, and spiritual program. They will report to CCC's Director of Children's Ministry.
Setup Crew
The setup crew will be responsible for assisting each division with setting up their division, staging, and centers. This includes tasks such as erecting center walls, setting up tables and chairs, and installing gates. They will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment during the event. They will also be responsible for helping with the tear-down at the end of the event. The successful candidate will have experience in various creative skills, such as carpentry, electrical, decorating, etc., and the ability to work well in a team. They will report to the Director of Setup. A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to take on any task are essential. This position requires arriving early and being ready to help by July 9, 2023.
Center Leaders
Center Leaders will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading activities at their assigned center. Center options include crafts, Bible study, and many other topics. They will be responsible for teaching children and serving as spiritual mentors. The successful candidate will possess experience working with children, strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. They will report to the Director of their Division.
Preschool Team
The Preschool Center Leaders will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading activities at their assigned preschool center. They will lead a team of teachers and volunteers to provide a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for children. They will also be responsible for teaching children and serving as spiritual mentors. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication and organizational skills, and have a background in early childhood education. They will report to the Preschool Director. A passion for working with children and promoting spiritual growth is essential. They will also be expected to communicate effectively with parents and actively strive to spiritually reach them as well
Registration
The registration team members will be responsible for managing the registration process for attendees and volunteers, including collecting information, providing wristbands, and resolving any issues that may arise. They will also be responsible for providing general information and assistance to attendees and volunteers throughout the event. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, customer service, and problem-solving skills. They will report to the Director of Registration. A friendly and helpful attitude is essential.
